1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your business information on GetRoadHero.com or using any service provided by Get Road Hero ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Get Road Hero builds and hosts mobile-first landing pages for towing and roadside assistance businesses. Our pages include GPS lead forms, click-to-call buttons, and local SEO structure designed to generate direct customer leads for your business.
3. Subscription and Billing
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. After a 7-day free trial, you will be charged either $49/month (Starter) or $99/month (Growth) depending on your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date by contacting us at jan.wolakdyszynski@gmail.com.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to submit your signup form. A credit card will be required before your page goes live. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
5. Content and Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all business information you provide (name, phone number, service area, services offered). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this information to build and operate your landing page.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your business, or to engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Get Road Hero is not responsible for the volume or quality of leads generated through your page. Results depend on local search competition, Google indexing timelines, and other factors outside our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your page will be taken offline within 30 days. We are not obligated to retain your page content after termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
