When you sign up on GetRoadHero.com, we collect the following information:

  • Business name
  • City and service area
  • Business phone number
  • Email address
  • Services offered
  • Any additional notes you provide

If you activate a paid subscription, your payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Build and publish your towing business landing page
  • Contact you about your page, changes, and account status
  • Send you operational emails (billing, trial expiration, updates)
  • Improve our service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information on Your Landing Page

Your business name, phone number, service area, and services offered will be publicly displayed on your landing page. This is the core purpose of the service — making your business findable by potential customers on Google.

4. Lead Data

When drivers submit the GPS lead form on your landing page, their name, phone number, location, and problem description are sent directly to your business phone via SMS. We store this data in our system to provide the service and display conversation history in your dashboard.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We may use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with landing pages. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics without consent.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Payment data is handled by Stripe. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we may retain data for up to 90 days for administrative purposes, after which it is deleted upon request.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing jan.wolakdyszynski@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Twilio — SMS delivery for US leads
  • Vercel — website hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
